Casey Salyards provides administrative and client support to all human resource consulting services provided by Webber HR Solutions, including Organizational Planning, Wage and Salary Administration, Performance Management, and Personnel Policies and Practices. She also plays a key role in the development and management of Affirmative Action Plans.

Casey joined Webber HR Solutions upon its formation in January 2007 as a Human Resource Associate, bringing with her nearly three years of experience in the field.

Casey is a 2002 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. She earned her Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Francis University in 2005 and a month later passed the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) exam given by the Human Resource Certification Institute. Casey maintains memberships in the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Management Association of Blair County to remain current with all human resource management issues and employment laws.
